Research has shown that a good night´s sleep will improve memory, curb inflammation, spur creativity, help to reach or maintain a healthy weight and lower stress. While consistently training and maintaining a healthy diet, rest is essential in order to improve your development , avoid strains and maintain the health of your body and mind.
